How to pay?

You can pay the Bali Tourist Tax conveniently online through the official LoveBali website (https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/). Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, QRIS, and bank transfer. The process is straightforward, requiring details such as your full name (as per passport), passport number, email, and arrival date.

If you prefer paying in person or didn’t pay online, you can settle the tax at designated checkpoints at Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Ensure you have cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) ready for payment.

 

Who Needs to Pay?

All international visitors entering Bali, including those arriving via domestic flights from other Indonesian cities or through harbors like Gilimanuk, are required to pay the Bali Tourist Tax. This applies to travelers of all ages unless exempted (see below).

 

Exemptions

Certain visa holders are exempt from the Bali Tourist Tax, including KITAS holders, KITAP holders, diplomatic visa holders, crew members, family unification visa holders, and student visa holders.
