Hotel in Siem Reap
Sousdei and welcome to Siem Reap, Cambodia! Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in (Standard check-in time is from 14:00). Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure, exploring the pub streets at night or relaxing at your hotel after the tiring flight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Get ready for today’s adventure as we kick off with a unique Jeep tour to discover the hidden gems around Siem Reap. Our first stop is the Siem Reap War Museum – the largest of its kind in Cambodia, where you will see different collections of war machines since World War II, as well as various types of landmines and rare photographs from Cambodia’s defined historical period. We’ll then head to a Buddhist temple in the village. Here, you’ll receive a spiritual monk blessing and learn more about Cambodian Buddhist practices. The monk will gently chant blessings, sprinkle holy water, and delicately place a protective bracelet on your wrist, symbolizing protection from negative energies and bestowing blessings of health and fortune upon you and your loved ones. Next, we’ll traverse through villages and dirt roads to stunning landscapes adorned with vibrant rice paddies, picturesque villages, and bustling local markets. Along the way, stop by some local houses where you will experience handicraft products and local delicacies, immersing yourself in the rich culture of Cambodia. Return to your hotel afterward. Lunch is at your own expense.
In the evening, enjoy dinner with Apsara Dance show at a local restaurant. Rooted in Hindu mythology, Apsara (which means “celestial spirit’”or ‘”water nymph”) tells legends and religious tales through the graceful movements of the dancers’ hands and feet, accompanied by traditional customs. This performance is recognized as UNESCO’s World Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, we’ll journey to the pier on the city’s outskirts, boarding a quaint boat for a serene cruise across the expansive Tonle Sap Lake, renowned as Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake. As you cruise along its tranquil surface, you’ll encounter a captivating floating village with floating stilt houses, restaurants, and even a school. Return to the pier where our driver awaits. Next, get ready for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll uncover the secrets of Cambodian cuisine. With guidance from a seasoned Khmer chef, you’ll dive into the vibrant world of local flavors, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from nearby markets. Lunch will be served during the class.
In the evening, the driver will take you to the Phare Circus Theatre, where you will experience Siem Reap’s most unique, authentic, and top-rated live entertainment show. You’ll learn more about Cambodian folklore, culture, and history through theatre, music, and dance performed by circus artists.
